Art Making/Material Exploration #1:
1. Discuss what you thought about creating the Value Scale and Color Wheel.
I thought of how to make each color stand out and to make it easy for anyone to differentiate.
2. Which media did you enjoy working with the best and why?
* i enjoyed the value step scale using graphite pencil because it helped show how to make a value scale with a pencil
3. What was the most important discovery in the creation of these studies?
* discovering how different type of colors can be formed by adding or mixing colors together.
4. What is the most important information you learned from watching the videos for this project? What is your opinion of the videos?
* learning how to mix colors to get a different color, it was a great video and i remember mixing colors as a kid.

Color Theory and Emotional Effects
1. Describe Color and it's effects on emotions. Use the appropriate vocabulary of color in your posting.
* Color expresses mood and gives the feeling, and thoughts of a picture.
2. What is a theoretical aspect of color that most intrigues/fascinates you? Why?
* What really fascinates me is how color can affect a image, a good example will be picture of Jesus painted with a peru color will draw more attention than a picture of Jesus painted with a bisque color.
3. In the Color video, what made the biggest impact on you in regards to color and it's effects on emotions?
* How color brighten perfection, color affects each other such as white reflecting blue, and color can change the mood of a picture.
4. In the Feelings video, what made the biggest impact on you in regards to color and it's effects on emotions?
* How color can be used to show anger in a painting, and also to show details in a drawing.

Module Two - Blog: Video and CNN Article Review
1. For each video and article list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
* "Most paintings and drawings are, from an objective standpoint, two-dimensional yet our minds know immediately if there's a clear representation of familiar aspects of everyday life."
* Plato view on a good person being boring because they dont change very much. this can relate to a good artist.
* Changeux explanation on art and aesthetics, he states distinct from language meaning non verbal communication of emotional state, knowledge and experience
2. Which philosopher's theroy on aesthetics do you feel is most important? Be sure to mention the philosphers name, era (time in history), and contribution to the aesthetic theory in your response.
*Plato , 424/423 BC – 348/347 BC, art is an act of treson against the idea because the sensible object is the sense of the idea, in copying the idea the artist copies the object.
3. What do you think about Changeux and Ramachandran scientific view of aesthetics and art? What was the most interesting fact you discovered from each speakers lecture?
* The video and article relate in a way that both argue about the history of art and how the brain perceived art.

* my opinion on the film and article is how both shows the connecting between art, artist, and the person viewing the art.

- Changeux and Ramachandran view on aesthetics are similar to how the textbook explain aesthetics, most interesting fact is Changeux explanation on art and aesthetics, he states distinct from language meaning non verbal communication of emotional state, knowledge and experience
