1. Explain why you selected each of the TWO videos you choose from the selection listed above.

* I choose (1) Matisse and Picasso, (2) Expressionism because the book talked about Matisse and Picasso as well as expressionism, and i want to gain more knowledge works relating to them.

2. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.

Expressionism: Expressionism emphasized color's emotional properties while demonstrating far less concern than the Fauves had with the formal and structural composition of color. Also, talks about many masterwork of expressionist artist.

Matisse and Picasso: comparison of Matisse and Picasso, Matisse is deliberate, rational, and very French in the way he organized his thoughts. Picasso is a worker, impulsive, and immerses himself in his painting. Picasso is at the forefront of cubism

2. How do the videos relate to the readings in the text?

* Both video relate to the reading from the text in a way that both talks about similar art of Expressionism and Matisse's work as well as Picasso, but the video  goes into more depth with artists work to explain its purpose.

3. What is your opinion of the films? How do they add depth to understanding of the readings and art concepts?

* Yes, the films added more depth to understanding the reading by showing more art work of artists and the meaning behind their work.
